You Know Something Has Changed.

It Doesn’t Have to Feel This Hard.

Root-cause nutrition and wellness for women

in perimenopause and menopause

You've built a life.

A career.

Maybe a family.

You've achieved things that matter.

But somewhere along the way, your energy faded, sleep became inconsistent and your body stopped responding the way it used to.

Everywhere you look, someone’s offering a different answer: more supplements, fewer carbs, harder workouts, more rest. It’s exhausting trying to keep up.

The answer isn’t more hacks. It's having a clear, personalized plan built around you.

Perimenopause & Menopause Support

HELLO! I'M COLLEEN,

HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST

I help women in midlife rebuild their health by addressing root causes tied to fatigue, hormonal shifts and metabolic changes.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that feeling better comes down to willpower, discipline, and trying harder.

But the truth is, you can't just power through certain nutritional imbalances and lifestyle patterns that may be blocking you from feeling like yourself.

My approach looks beneath the surface at how nutrition, sleep, stress, digestion, blood sugar, and movement all interact, so we can focus on where support is actually needed.

When it comes to food, I don't adhere to a single diet or protocol. I believe in eating whole, nutrient-dense foods with an emphasis on quality and balance.

While food and exercise are paramount, things that bring you joy and make life worth living also play a huge part in your health. Our process is about focusing on the right things, in the right order, with a sustainable plan built around your actual life.

There isn’t one perfect way to do this.
Let's talk about a way forward that makes sense for you.

I WORK WITH WOMEN WHO...

Wake up exhausted...even after a full night's sleep

Have bloodwork that comes back "normal," while feeling anything but

Experience brain fog and constant second-guessing

Miss the version of themself that had more energy and patience

Wonder if feeling this way is just the new normal

Sense that their body needs something different

These aren’t isolated issues.

They’re connected signals.

You need a different kind of support.

RESEARCH SHOWS...

Perimenopause, the transition into menopause, can begin as early as your mid-30s.

It starts with hormones fluctuations, triggering symptoms like hot flashes, mood shifts, and irregular periods.

This stage generally lasts anywhere from 4 to 10 years.

Menopause itself is simply the milestone of 12 consecutive months without a period.

After that, in post-menopause, hormone levels begin to stabilize, though many symptoms can linger.
